Getting a revoked optician license back
This section lets the state director bring back a dispensing optician's license that was taken away, without making the person take a test again. It also allows the director to change the terms of a suspension. The director decides whether to do this.

The director may reinstate without examination the license of any dispensing optician issued under this chapter which has been revoked or may modify the suspension of any such license which has been suspended.
