Counties can give or sell property for elder care

Counties are allowed to give, sell, or transfer property to private charities that care for elderly people, as long as the property is used for that purpose. This section only covers what counties may do with their property for elder care.

The several counties may give, sell, set aside, and transfer property, real or personal, to private eleemosynary organizations dedicated to the care of aged persons, so long as it is used for the care of aged persons.
