Pest control license is required to work
You cannot work as a pest control operator or run a pest control business in Hawaii unless you first get a license from the board. Advertising yourself as a pest control operator without a license is also not allowed. This section only sets the license requirement.

No person within the purview of this chapter shall act or assume to act, or advertise, as a pest control operator or be engaged in the business of pest control without a license previously obtained under and in compliance with this chapter and the rules of the board.
