Examination waiver

This section lets the board skip the written exam for someone who proves they already passed the same test given by a board-approved testing agency. It only covers that one situation.

The statute, as written — Examination waiver

The board may recommend licensing without written examination of an applicant who submits evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant has scored equal to or higher than the established passing score of the examination administered by a testing agency selected by the board.
