Penalty

Breaking any rule in this chapter is a crime (a misdemeanor). The punishments in this chapter can be added to punishments from other state laws, unless the law says otherwise.

The statute, as written — Penalty

Any person who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Unless otherwise expressly provided, the remedies or penalties provided by this chapter are cumulative to each other and to the remedies or penalties available under all other laws of this State.
