HRS §463E-14

Your right to choose your own podiatrist

This law stops government agencies, clinics, insurance companies, and relief boards from forcing you to use a specific podiatrist. If you get podiatric aid or services, you can pick any licensed podiatrist for care that fits their license. No one can deny you that choice.
