When a company can do licensed professional work

A corporation or partnership can do professional engineering, architecture, surveying, or landscape architecture work in Hawaii only if the person directly in charge of that work has the required license. This section sets that one rule.

A corporation or copartnership may engage in the practice of professional engineering, architecture, surveying, or landscape architecture in the State if the person or persons connected with the corporation or copartnership directly in charge of the professional work is duly licensed.
