State can ask court to stop violations

The Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs can go to court to get an order stopping someone from breaking the rules in this chapter. This is an extra option, on top of other legal actions they can take.

The department of commerce and consumer affairs may, in addition to any other remedies available, apply to a court having competent jurisdiction for an injunction to restrain any violation of this chapter.
