No forced confessions or wage assignments in credit contracts

This law makes certain clauses in credit sale contracts unenforceable in Hawaii. Specifically, you cannot be forced to give up your right to a court hearing, sign a power of attorney for that, or assign your wages. These clauses have no legal effect.
