State rules cannot conflict with federal lending rules

This section says that if this state's lending rules would force a contract, memo, or ad to say something that goes against the federal Truth in Lending Act, the state rule does not apply. It only covers conflicts with that federal law.

No contract, memorandum, or advertisement shall be required by this chapter to contain any disclosure which is inconsistent with the requirements of the federal Truth in Lending Act.
