The department of business, economic development, and tourism may employ personnel necessary to carry out this chapter. The department may issue rules and regulations in accordance with chapter 91 and may require information necessary for the administration of this chapter. All departments, divisions, boards, bureaus, commissions, or other agencies of the State shall provide such assistance and information as the department may require to enable it to carry out its duties under this chapter.
