Adding more parties to a lawsuit
In a civil case under this chapter, the court can add other people or businesses as defendants if fairness requires it, even if they don't live or work in the area where the case is happening. The court will have them summoned to appear.

Whenever it appears to the court before which any civil proceeding under this chapter is pending that the ends of justice require that other parties be brought before the court, the court may cause them to be made parties defendant and summoned, whether or not they reside, engage in business, or have an agent, in the circuit where the action is pending.
