HRS §480-6

When refusing to buy or sell is illegal

This law stops people from refusing to buy or sell goods to force someone into doing something that is already illegal under this chapter. It only applies when the refusal is meant to pressure the other person into breaking the law. If the refusal is for any other reason, this section does not apply.
