Posting your license and loan charges
If you make installment loans, you must clearly and always display your license and a notice of your loan charges at any place where you make those loans. This section only requires posting, not setting the charges.

Any installment lender offering an installment loan shall conspicuously and continuously post, at any place of business where installment loans are made, the license required pursuant to this chapter and a notice of the loan charges imposed for installment loans.
