Fine for selling goods against the law

If someone sells goods in a way that breaks the rules in this part of the law, they can be fined up to $50. Each separate sale that breaks the rules counts as its own violation, so the fine can apply to each sale.

Any person who sells goods in violation of this part shall be fined not more than $50, and each such sale shall constitute a separate offense.
