Scheduling odometer inspections for passenger cars

The state can set a time and place to inspect the odometer system of a passenger car. If you do not bring the car as told, you break the law.

The statute, as written — Scheduled inspection

The administrator or any authorized inspector may schedule odometer system inspection for passenger cars at a designated time and place. Failure to move or present the passenger cars as directed or scheduled shall be a violation of this part.
