Penalty for breaking this law

If you break any rule in this chapter, you can be fined up to $10,000, sent to prison for up to 5 years, or both. The penalty applies to each separate violation.

Any person who violates this chapter shall be fined not more than $10,000 for each violation or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.
