This section says that nothing in this chapter limits your ability to bring a lawsuit for unfair discrimination if you already have a remedy under other state or federal laws. It does not create new rights or duties by itself.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit any cause of action based upon any unfair discriminatory practices for which a remedy is available under state or federal law.
