Buyer can deduct damages from what they still owe

If the seller breaks the contract, the buyer can tell the seller and then subtract the damages from any money still owed under that same contract. This only covers the price still due, not other amounts.

The buyer on notifying the seller of his intention to do so may deduct all or any part of the damages resulting from any breach of the contract from any part of the price still due under the same contract.
