HRS §490:7-702

Old documents and bailments still follow old rules

This section protects documents of title and bailment agreements made before July 2, 2004. Those old agreements and the rights and duties from them are still governed by the laws that were in effect before the changes. They can still be finished or enforced under those old rules.
