Land bounded on a road or path

When you apply to register land that touches a public or private road, you must say whether you claim any land inside the road's boundaries and whether you want the road's exact line decided. This section only covers that one application detail.

If the application describes the land as bounded on a public or private way, it shall state whether or not the applicant claims any and what land within the limits of the way, and whether the applicant desires to have the line of the way determined.
