Additional facts in a land court application

This section lets court rules ask for extra facts or extra papers in a land court application, as long as they do not conflict with state law. It is a short procedural rule.

The rules of court may require facts to be stated in the application in addition to those prescribed by this chapter, and not inconsistent therewith, and may require the filing of any additional papers.
