Indexing names of parties in recorded documents

The registrar must list the full name of every person involved in a recorded document, in alphabetical order, in the proper index. This makes it easier to find records later.

The registrar shall, within a reasonable time, cause the name of each and every grantor, grantee, or other party thereto to be entered at length and alphabetically in its appropriate index.
