Reclassifying and consolidating yearly indexes every ten years

The registrar must update and combine the yearly indexes at least once every ten years, when convenient, using the same process as in section 502-15. The registrar can also have someone qualified make copies or new indexes for records in the office.

The registrar shall cause a reclassification and consolidation of the yearly indexes to be made at least once in every ten years as the convenience of the registrar may permit, in the same manner as set forth in section 502-15. The registrar may cause copies of the indexes or new indexes to the records existing in the registrar's office, to be made by some competent person in the same manner as set forth in section 502-15.
