Reporting violations to the attorney general and county

If the registrar learns that someone broke the rule about recording documents, the registrar must tell the attorney general and the county planning department. This section only says who gets notified, not what happens next.

Whenever it comes to the knowledge of the registrar that section 502-23 has been violated the registrar shall notify the attorney general and the planning department of the county of the fact.
