Recording tax liens in the general index

When a tax lien notice is recorded, the registrar must immediately add it to the general index of the land records office. This makes the lien easy to find by anyone searching the records.

When a notice of such tax lien is recorded, the registrar shall forthwith cause the same to be indexed in the general indexes of the bureau of conveyances.
