Husband's rights over his own property

This section says a husband can manage, control, sell, or handle his own separate property just like he would handle any of his property if this law didn't exist. It gives him full rights over what he owns separately.

The husband has the same right to manage, control, dispose of, and otherwise deal with his separate property as would be applicable with respect to his property generally were it not for the enactment of this chapter.
