HRS §514B-126
Board meeting minutes
This section says how a condo or HOA board must handle meeting minutes. Minutes must show each member's vote, be approved by the next regular meeting after the second one, and be available to owners within set times. Executive session minutes can be kept secret if sharing them would defeat the session's purpose.
