Commission can require changes to developer's report
The commission can ask a developer to fix or add to their public report so buyers get accurate information. The report cannot be used for promotion before registration, and after registration it must be used in full. No one can say the commission approved or recommended the project or report.

(a) The commission at any time may require a developer to amend or supplement the form or substance of a developer's public report to assure adequate and accurate disclosure to prospective purchasers. (b) The developer's public report shall not be used for any promotional purpose before registration, and may be used after registration only if it is used in its entirety. No person shall advertise or represent that the commission has approved or recommended the condominium project, the developer's public report, or any of the documents contained in the application for registration.
