Counties must make their own condominium rules

Counties must adopt their own rules for condominium property regimes, including those on agricultural land, by a set deadline. These county rules cannot conflict with state law or the commission's rules. This section only requires counties to create these supplemental rules.

No later than July 1, 2022, the counties shall adopt supplemental rules governing condominium property regimes, including agricultural lands that are held in condominium property regimes, established under this chapter in order to implement this program; provided that any of the supplemental rules adopted shall not conflict with this chapter or with any of the rules adopted by the commission to implement this chapter.
