Setting up special funds for acquisition loan programs

This section requires a separate special fund to be set up for each acquisition loan program that is paid for with revenue bond money. The fund must follow the rules in another law. This is a procedural requirement for managing the money.

A separate special fund shall be established in accordance with section 39-62 for each acquisition loan program or part thereof financed from the proceeds of the revenue bonds secured under the same trust indenture.
