How much owners get paid for leased houselots

The statute, as written — Compensation

The compensation to be paid for the leased fee interest in a residential houselot within a tract shall be the owner's basis as defined in section 516-1. The compensation shall be determined as of the date of the summons of the complaint in eminent domain.
