Redevelopment agencies must report yearly to the county council

Every redevelopment agency must send a yearly report to its county council. The report covers money received and spent, what the agency did, and its plans and cost estimates for the next year. It must be sent before August 1, covering the previous fiscal year.

Each redevelopment agency shall make an annual report of its receipts, expenditures, and activities, and of its proposed program and estimated cost thereof for the ensuing year to the council of its county, before August 1 as of the end of the preceding fiscal year.
