What powers redevelopment corporations can use

A redevelopment corporation can use the powers that general corporation laws give it, but only if those powers are needed for its business and do not conflict with this part of the law.

Each redevelopment corporation shall have and may exercise such of the powers conferred by the general corporation laws as are necessary in conducting the business of a redevelopment corporation and consistent with this part.
