Urban redevelopment coordinator office

In any county which shall, by resolution adopted in the manner required by law for an ordinance, announce its intention to devise and adopt a "workable program" for urban renewal, pursuant to this chapter, the county may by ordinance create the office of urban renewal coordinator.
