Whenever any cremated remains have been in the lawful possession of any funeral establishment, cemetery, mortuary, crematory, or hydrolysis facility for sixty or more days, and the person entitled under law to the right of disposition fails, neglects, or refuses to take custody of the cremated remains or direct the disposition, the funeral establishment, cemetery, mortuary, crematory, or hydrolysis facility with lawful possession of the cremated remains may dispose of the remains by any manner that is not inconsistent with any law of the State.
