Sharing employees between the water board and public works

This section lets the county water board make agreements with the public works department so that public works employees can split their time between both offices. It only covers this one arrangement and does not set any other rules.

The board of water supply may enter into such arrangements and agreements as it deems proper, under which employees of the department of public works of the county may divide their time between performance of services on behalf of the department and on behalf of the board.
