Setting up the public guardian's office

This section creates the public guardian's office within the court system. The chief justice chooses the public guardian, who works for the chief justice and can be removed at any time.

There is established the office of the public guardian in the judiciary. The chief justice shall appoint the public guardian, who shall serve at the chief justice's pleasure.
