Agent pay and expenses

This section says an agent who acts for you can get back reasonable expenses they paid for you and can be paid a reasonable amount for their work, unless your power of attorney document says otherwise.

The statute, as written — Reimbursement and compensation of agent

Unless the power of attorney otherwise provides, an agent shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses reasonably incurred on behalf of the principal and to compensation that is reasonable under the circumstances.
