Trustee must treat all beneficiaries fairly

When a trust has more than one beneficiary, the trustee must be fair to all of them when investing, managing, and giving out trust property. The trustee has to consider each beneficiary's own interests.

If a trust has two or more beneficiaries, the trustee shall act impartially in investing, managing, and distributing the trust property, giving due regard to the beneficiaries' respective interests.
