Changes in life don't cancel your will

This section says that changes in your life, like getting married or having a child, do not automatically cancel your will. There are two special exceptions in other parts of the law that might apply.

Except as provided in sections 560:2-803 and 560:2-804, a change of circumstances does not revoke a will or any part of it.
