Informal probate not available for certain will series

This section says that if someone left a series of related will documents, and the newest one does not clearly cancel the older ones, you cannot use the quick informal probate process. You must use the formal court process instead.

Applications for informal probate which relate to one or more of a known series of testamentary instruments (other than a will and one or more codicils thereto), the latest of which does not expressly revoke the earlier, shall be declined.
