Court decisions about an estate's personal representative

If a court in any state or country makes a decision for or against the person handling an estate, that decision also applies to the local person handling the same estate here, just as if they had been part of the case.

An adjudication rendered in any jurisdiction in favor of or against any personal representative of the estate is as binding on the local personal representative as if the local personal representative were a party to the adjudication.
