Officials must help courts with child and family cases

This section says that all government officials and departments must help the court in any way they legally can to support the goals of this law. The court can also ask groups that protect children and families for help.

The statute, as written — Cooperation

Every public official or department shall render all assistance and cooperation within the official's or its jurisdictional power which may further the objects of this chapter. The court may seek the cooperation of organizations whose object is to protect or aid children and family life.
