Changing or canceling a premarital agreement after marriage

After you get married, you can only change or cancel your premarital agreement by both signing a written document. You don't need to give anything in exchange for the change or cancellation to be valid.

After marriage, a premarital agreement may be amended or revoked only by a written agreement signed by the parties. The amended agreement or the revocation is enforceable without consideration.
