Who can file a complaint to start a case

This section says who is allowed to start a court case under this chapter. A spouse, child, child support agency, or any other person or organization can file a sworn complaint against someone who committed one of the offenses listed earlier.

Proceedings under this chapter may be instituted upon complaint made under oath or affirmation by the spouse, child, or children, or either of them, by the child support enforcement agency, or by any other person or persons, or organization, against any person guilty of either of the above named offenses.
