Court must impose domestic violence intervention sentences
This section says that when a court orders a sentence for domestic violence intervention under section 580-10, the court must impose that sentence itself, and it may do so with or without probation. This applies even if other laws say something different.

Notwithstanding chapter 706 or any other law to the contrary, any sentence for domestic violence intervention specified by section 580-10 shall be imposed by the court, with or without probation.
