Failing to follow a court order

If someone does not follow a court order made under this chapter, the court can use the penalties in section 710-1077 and any other legal options. This section is about what happens when a court order is ignored.

If a party fails to comply with the terms and conditions of an order issued by the court under this chapter, the court may apply the provisions of section 710-1077 and any other provisions available under the law.
