Setting up a circuit court in each judicial circuit

This section creates a circuit court in every judicial circuit in Hawaii. Each court is called the circuit court of that circuit, like the circuit court of the third circuit. It gives these courts the powers and conditions described later in the law.

There shall be established in each of the judicial circuits of the State a court with the powers and under the conditions hereinafter set forth, which shall be styled the circuit court of such circuit, as, for instance, the circuit court of the third circuit.
