Where lawsuits for unauthorized practice must be filed

This section says that lawsuits for breaking the rule against unauthorized practice of law must be filed in the circuit court of the judicial circuit where the violation is said to have happened. It only sets the location for these lawsuits.

The statute, as written — [OLD] REPEALED

L 1975, c 45, pt of §2. §605-15 Venue. Actions for violations of section 605-14 shall be brought in the circuit court for the judicial circuit in which the violation is alleged to have been committed.
